Rolling for Low Back & Hips with Jamie Navarro

Pop up class!!

This Roll Model® Method class focuses on easing tension and improving mobility in two of the body’s most hardworking areas: the hips and low back. 

Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll learn targeted self-massage techniques that release tight muscles and adhesions in the surrounding fascia. 

Class will combine focused rolling sequences, gentle mobility work, and guided breath practices to soothe discomfort and unlock greater freedom of movement. We’ll close with down-regulation for your nervous system and savasana, leaving you restored and at ease.
