Making it Home Donation Drive

Making It Home is a volunteer-run organization offering comfort and hope to asylum-seekers and the formerly homeless by providing donated gently-used household furnishings to help make an apartment or house a HOME.

Making it Home is seeking the following donations only:

  • Bath towels: used or new

  • Heavy duty vinyl shower curtain liners with metal grommets

  • Plastic clothing hangers (no metal please)

  • Shower hooks: used or new

  • Large pots and pans: used or new

  • Dishwashing liquid, Simple Green spray cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner

  • Sponges: new

Rosemont Wellness Center will accept donations during these drop off hours:

Sundays: 9am-2pm
Mondays: 11am-7pm
Tuesdays: 9am-7pm
Wednesdays: 9am-5pm
Thursdays: 9am-7pm
Fridays: 9am-5pm
