Prenatal Yoga: A four week series with Kelley Voegelin
Join Kelley Voegelin for a 4-week series of prenatal yoga. Kelley believes that prenatal yoga provides many tools to be called upon during pregnancy and labor — from fostering connection with breath to physical and subtle body awareness, this practice can support a birther physically, mentally and spiritually.
In a commitment to both empower and nurture her prenatal students, Kelley infuses accessible transitions, safe modifications and strengthening, with breath work, meditation and intentional rest. Combining her experience of prenatal yoga and doula studies, each thoughtful sequence strikes a balance of movement/stillness and empowerment/support.
This series is appropriate for any trimester.
Each session may include:
> asana (active and restorative)
> pranayama, meditation or mudras
> pelvic floor awareness
> labor prep techniques
