February Prenatal Yoga - A four week series with Kelley Voegelin
Join Kelley Voegelin for a 4-week series of prenatal yoga. Kelley believes that prenatal yoga provides many tools to be called upon during pregnancy and labor — from fostering connection with breath to physical and subtle body awareness, this practice can support a birther physically, mentally and spiritually.
Each session may include asana (active and restorative), pranayama, pelvic floor awareness, & labor prep techniques.
This series will run Feb 4th, 11th, 25th & March 3rd.
Please note: We will run this series with a minimum of three participants. Once we meet that minimum, you are welcome to join later in the series at a pro-rated cost.
