Baby & Me Yoga - A four-week series with Kelly Rafaelle
This class welcomes postpartum parents with pre-crawling babies. Join us for a relaxed yoga practice where you can meet other postpartum parents, connect with your body, move with your baby, and gain skills for caring for a new baby. You should be cleared by a medical professional to return to exercise in order to participate fully, but all are welcome to come be in the class. This space welcomes nursing, feeding, changing diapers, soothing fussy babies, walking, bouncing and snacking.
