April Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the practice of sleep with trace awareness. It is a full body guided meditation that brings the nervous system deeply into the parasympathetic state. As we practice Yoga Nidra the physical body and it's systems come back to a place of balance and optimal functioning.

Yoga Nidra is practiced comfortably laying down.

No experience is necessary.
