Spring Clearing: A Gentle Yoga Practice for Seasonal Renewal

Springtime is a season of rebirth and renewal. A time to shift from contraction to expansion. A season that inspires us to clean up, clear out and make room for growth. Just as we clear the dead leaves, turn the soil and plant seeds in our gardens, so too can we release old patterns in the mind, create flow in the body and set fruitful intentions for the seasons ahead.

Join Alex Argo for a special yoga practice to honor this season. This gentle practice will begin with slow nurturing movement to stimulate energy and blood flow. We will then settle into longer held yin-style postures. This practice will use the lens of Traditional East Asian Medicine, focusing on the Liver and Gallbladder organ pairs, the organs associated with spring.

**This workshop will be offered both in-studio and virtually through zoom. The in-studio class will be limited to five students to provide space for social distancing. Masks are required for in-person classes, regardless of vaccination status.

Join us on Sunday May 1st from 4:30 to 6PM at Rosemont Wellness Center
