Spring Support Yin Yoga Series
Join Alex Argo for a four week series to support the transition into spring. Each class will focus on an aspect of spring, from rising Yang energy to the season's physical, elemental and emotional effects. Practices will rely on yoga postures held in easeful stillness and breath awareness; with the intention of fostering seasonal alignment, deep listening and gentle expansion. Each class will build upon the theme through the lens of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The series will have continuity, however, sessions can be taken individually.
Classes will meet each Monday in April from 5:45-7.
You may choose to participate in person or on zoom. In person spots are limited to ensure spatial distancing.
Please register online for the appropriate session at least one hour before class. We require at least 2 participants to hold the class.
